REALIZATIONS | LAND PREPARATION AND CLEARING

Site preparation project for BBC of Mont St-Hilaire for the construction of townhouses. Excavation Rive-Sud was commissioned to clear and remove all trees from the 200,000 sq. ft. site, leaving only the stumps in place.

One of the difficulties of this contract was the unevenness of the terrain, which complicated the operators’ work. A lot of back and forth was required to get all the logs out. All the work was carried out while ensuring the safety of the surrounding buildings, so that the trees didn’t fall on neighboring houses.

To complete the job, a 15-ton shovel, a 4-ton shovel and 3 operators/laborers were dispatched to the site. It took 7 working days to complete the work! Another achievement by Excavation Rive-Sud!
